Your KEA E-Bill has a great new look as of June 1! Meet SmartHub – our new free 24-hour accessible online bill payment system that also allows you to monitor your energy usage! It’s so easy – if you already used KEA’s E-bill system, you’ll access SmartHub with the same login and password. If paying your bill online is new to you, you’ll create a SmartHub account. It’s a secured website that keeps your electric bill, account information, and payment information confidential. You can see your current and past three years of billing and usage history.
As of June 15, 2015, KEA will no longer take your credit card information over the phone. This change enhances security on your credit card and is in compliance with standards mandated by the Payment Card Industry Standards Council. You can pay your bill on SmartHub using Visa or Mastercard. Another option for you is to stop by Member Services and use the new swiping machine at the front desk.
