The employees and board of directors of Kodiak Electric Association are proud to welcome you to your electric cooperative’s new headquarters! Come on in – Friday, December 18 – from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for our Open House at 1614 Mill Bay Road! We’ll be providing guided tours of the two-story building every fifteen minutes, sharing pictures of the structure from inception to completion, and enjoying cookies and punch by Java Flats.

You’ll see how the new energy efficient facility embodies KEA’s dynamic personality and long range vision! Key elements are fiscal responsibility, environmental stewardship, functionality, and sustainability.  The building is designed for improved customer service, more efficient management of utility functions, and increased synergies among departments.

The building is just under 16,000 gross square feet. We’d love to show you some of the great site, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical features, such as the high efficiency lighting with motion sensor activated LED fixtures for energy savings and maintenance cost savings! Bring a friend or two, and come on in, on Friday, December 18!
